FitVerdict provides AI-generated feedback on outfits — scores, verdicts, styling commentary, and shopping suggestions. This output is generated by an artificial intelligence system and is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is subjective by design, may be inconsistent between scans, and is not professional styling, image-consulting, or any other kind of professional advice. Verdicts comment on clothing and styling choices — a low score is about the fit, never about you.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

Verdicts may include links to third-party retailers. Some are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on purchases at no extra cost to you. We do not sell products ourselves, and we are not responsible for third-party retailers' products, pricing, availability, shipping, or policies. Your purchase is a contract between you and the retailer.
The Service is provided free of charge (paid tiers may be introduced later) and on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every scan will succeed.

AI-GENERATED VERDICTS ARE OPINIONS OF AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM AND MAY BE WRONG, INCONSISTENT, OR UNSUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FITVERDICT AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless the mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence provides otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
